Sr. Project Manager – Cybersecurity (Contract)
Location: Downtown Chicago (Hybrid)
Rate: $75-82/hr W2
Client: Fortune 500 Financial Services Organization
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity to support a large enterprise CyberSec portfolio for a well-known Fortune 500 banking organization. This is a long-term contract role.
Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cybersecurity projects in a highly regulated environment
• Manage project execution using Azure DevOps (ADO), including Azure Boards, dashboards, and project plans
• Partner with Cybersecurity SMEs to drive decisions and provide recommendations
• Manage project budgets at a detailed resource level, including forecasting and monthly tracking
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and executives
• Act as a servant leader by actively supporting and assisting project teams
Senior Project Manager – Cybersecurity Qualifications
• 10+ years of Project Management experience at a senior level
• Proven experience managing Cybersecurity projects
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) (Kanban in Azure Boards acceptable)
• Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries (e.g., insurance)
• Demonstrated budget management experience, including resource-level tracking (Clarity PPM experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior leadership
