Job Title: Lead .NET Developer/ Architect
Location: (New York, NY 10036) Hybrid Role
Salary: $120-140K Max
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead to architect, design, and lead the development of enterprise applications. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in building scalable services that integrate with CRM, Power BI, and reporting platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of backend development, API integrations, and SQL database management while ensuring best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities:
" Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
" Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure .NET-based applications.
" Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
" Develop and optimize services that integrate with CRM, Power BI, and reporting tools.
" Ensure performance optimization, security, and maintainability of applications.
" Oversee development workflows, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
" Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
" Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical issues and provide guidance to the team.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:
" Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, React JS
" Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API development
" Knowledge of Entity Framework, LINQ, and moderate SQL database management
" Expertise in integrating with CRM systems, Power BI, and reporting platforms
" Hands-on experience with OKCI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and version control (Git, DevOps)
" Strong understanding of performance optimization, security best practices, and scalable system design
Experience Requirements:
" 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
" Experience in leading development teams and managing software projects
" Experience in enterprise application development and system integrations
" Knowledge of workflow automation, reporting, and data reconciliation processes
" Experience in a customer facing role
