An entity of PCM is hiring a Lead AI Developer, that will bridge the gap between cutting-edge Generative AI and the high-stakes world of legal services. The lead developer will guide legal firms and corporations through the adoption of LLMs and agentic workflows and will lead an enterprise engineering team while remaining hands-on in the architecture of RAG pipelines, fine-tuning models, and ensuring production-grade security and reliability.
Required Experience:
Experience fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and operationalizing agentic workflows.Hands-on experience with RAG techniques, including document parsing and vectorization (embeddings).Advanced proficiency in Python.Demonstrated experience managing enterprise software engineering teams and delivering production-grade systems.Experience both using and administering enterprise development tools including GitHub and project management platforms such as Jira.Strong experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and engineering workflows.Experience with enterprise database design and implementation.Experience implementing SSO, rule-based access control (RBAC), and identity access management (IAM).Cloud platform administration experience in Microsoft Azure or AWS
