Title- Sr .Net Lead Developer Location- Los Angeles/Agoura Hills, CA (Hybrid) Type of Hire- Contract 10+ Years Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Onshore Development Lead / Coordinator to lead the development, coordination, and delivery of high-quality .NET-based applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in .NET Core, AWS serverless technologies, and effective coordination with offshore teams. This role involves a mix of hands-on development, technical leadership, and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the implementation, development, and documentation of .NET applications integrating with internal and external systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Participate in daily client stand-ups and represent the onshore technical team. • Coordinate effectively with offshore teams for task delegation, code integration, and progress tracking. • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and provide guidance to ensure code quality and best practices. • Take ownership of development and production support, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of issues. • Conduct daily sync-ups with onshore leads and report progress to stakeholders. • Plan and deliver project milestones on time, ensuring alignment with business goals. Technical Skills: • Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, VB.NET, Web API. • Proficiency in SQL Server; exposure to NoSQL databases (AWS DynamoDB preferred). • Hands-on experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge). • Experience in building cloud-native, scalable, reusable, and high-performance applications. • Solid understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and active participation in ceremonies. Preferred Skills: • Experience in the Mortgage domain or financial services is a plus. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated experience in leading distributed teams. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Soft Skills: • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results under pressure. • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
