Key Responsibilities • Design and implement robust, scalable cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions. • Establish technical architecture standards, patterns, and best practices across multi-cloud and on-prem environments. • Create resilient enterprise AI solutions. • Develop architectural blueprints for AI systems, including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and IT infrastructure integration. • Strategize the evolution of our infrastructure to align with future AI and ML demands, focusing on scalability and performance. • Recommend tools and technologies for advancing AI initiatives and outline future directions. • Lead modernization and digital transformation initiatives in our infrastructure. • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system performance, security, and cost efficiency. • Research and establish effective standards and tools for AI implementation. • Engage with vendors to develop tailored solutions meeting our specific needs. • Partner with application and business units to create robust infrastructure and AI tool solutions. • Maintain technology standards for all infrastructure solutions. • Contribute to infrastructure and AI roadmaps and strategy development. • Document detailed architectural blueprints for infrastructure and AI solutions. • Formulate long-term infrastructure and AI strategies aligned with the organization’s goals. • Monitor systems proactively and suggest ongoing improvements. • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools. • Conduct capacity planning to future-proof our systems. • Collaborate closely with business leaders, project managers, developers, and operations teams. • Transform business requirements into impactful technical solutions. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to infrastructure and application teams. • Maintain technical documentation for all infrastructure and AI solutions. • Guide data scientists, ML engineers, and development teams in adhering to architectural best practices. • Translate business goals into effective technical AI solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership. • Implement design solutions to enable organization-wide AI adoption. Cross-Functional Leadership • Bridge research innovation and practical AI and infrastructure implementation. • Encourage technical leadership and mentorship among infrastructure, engineering, and application teams. • Align infrastructure capabilities with AI objectives through active collaboration. • Assess and introduce innovative technologies for infrastructure and AI applications. • Work with the Cyber Security team to ensure security integration in all infrastructure and AI solutions. Education • Master's or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science. • 7+ years of hands-on experience in technical Infrastructure Architecture. • 5+ years managing technical teams. • 5+ years in a technical infrastructure support role. • 3+ years in customer service and technical leadership. • 2+ years with AI tools and support experience. • 2+ years developing and deploying enterprise AI solutions. Qualifications • Deep understanding of infrastructure and networking. • Strong knowledge of enterprise-grade AI tools and technologies. • Excellent troubleshooting skills for both cloud and on-prem infrastructure. • Extensive experience in designing infrastructure solutions. • Proven success in deploying enterprise-wide AI architecture. • Effective communication skills for presenting complex technical solutions to executive leadership. • In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and AI concepts; familiar with MLOps. • Significant experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services. • Understanding of how technology solutions impact business goals. • Outstanding communication skills for coordinating between technical and non-technical teams. • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from concept to completion. • Strong problem-solving capabilities utilizing diverse resources. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
