Lead Solutions Architect Salary: Starting at $170k + bonus Location: Chicago, IL or Coppell, TX Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in identity management technologies with strong focus on Microsoft identity solutions and cross-platform integration • Strong expertise in enterprise identity management architectures and implementations • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD Connect. Including experience in hybrid identity solutions such as Ping, Okta, ForgeRock, SailPoint, etc. • Experience with cloud infrastructure services including virtual desktop solutions • Experience with automation and scripting for identity management (PowerShell, Python, etc.) • Working knowledge of identity administration tools across platforms • Experience with API-based identity management • Knowledge of modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, etc.) Responsibilities • Design and implement vendor-neutral identity and access management architecture that integrates with various enterprise systems • Develop comprehensive IAM strategies leveraging best practices across multiple platforms while maintaining strong expertise in Microsoft identity solutions • Drive short- and long-term architecture strategy for enterprise identity services, including integration with Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, and other identity providers • Conduct end-to-end technical plan design for identity management solutions across multiple platforms • Design and participate in proof of concepts to enable new identity services that work across heterogeneous environments • Develop architectural designs for implementation of enterprise identity solutions with emphasis on interoperability • Perform impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems for implementation of new identity services • Establish identity management standards and ensure compatibility and integration across the enterprise ecosystem • Ensure teams maintain and execute organizational policies, procedures and controls, configuration management, and release management
