Job Description
Manage the operation and support (including enhancements) for the following areas like: Recruitment, Enlistment, Service Extension, Deployment, Development and Learning, Disciplinary Management, Benefits Management (including medical), Compliance Administration, Awards & Honour Management, General Administration, Welfare, Interface Development, Enterprise Architecture, Employee Admin, UX and Functional Integrator
Responsibilities:
• Manage and ensure timely deliverables by the E-HR Maintenance Vendor.
• Ensure deliverables conform to the standards and control defined for the programme.
• Identify and manage risk and mitigation strategies.
• Analyse and ensure resolution of issues, manage change control, track, and escalate risk and issues to the project manager.
• Perform project planning with E-HR maintenance team, Interfacing team, infrastructure team, etc.
• Consolidate and prepare submission for Performance Management Report (PMR)/ Post Implementation Review (PIR).
• Manage change request.
• Provide analysis and consultation services to address operational issues and audit related activities.
• Coordinate and perform secretarial role as and when required
• Oversee and participate in requirements gathering and evaluate requirements & design solutions with the E-HR Maintenance Vendor.
• Facilitate HR systems training for users.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in any related majors.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in SAP HCM ERP role.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Good planning and coordination skills.
• Able to work well in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Good to have knowledge in ARIS tool.
