Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development of metrics and automation tools.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, including Movies & TV, Partner Operations, Tech Support, Business Development, Program Management, and Engineering, to define metrics, automate processes, and enhance workflows through coding and database management.
• Conduct needs assessments with team leads and operators to identify and build new tools.
• Write SQL-based queries, develop tools, and create dashboards to enhance reporting and improve efficiency.
• Report issues, concerns, and preventative measures to the Team Lead.
• Document and categorize requests made by the Movies & TV team.
• Provide quarterly analysis of requests and updates to share with the team.

• Is action-oriented with a proven track record of planning, executing, documenting, and analyzing projects lasting 2-3 months.
• Exhibits a natural curiosity, innovation, and creativity, constantly seeking ways to optimize processes.
Basic Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of SQL experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A strong passion for Movies & TV and the Internet.
• Experience with JavaScript scripting.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience in UI-UX design.
• Technical writing skills.
Compensation at Accenture varies based on several factors such as location, role, skills, and experience. The hourly salary range is $25 - $35. Accenture Flex offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
