Overview
A rapidly expanding Japanese Entertainment Company is seeking an experienced IT Senior Manager to join a growing IT organization.
This role will lead system engineering initiatives, manage projects and vendors, and partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth and operational excellence.
Salary: 87-91K
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
• Lead system engineering activities from requirements definition through design, development, testing, and delivery
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and propose process/system improvements
• Manage and lead system and application implementation projects
• Oversee technical quality, documentation, and system improvements
• Develop and maintain front-end, back-end, data, and BI system components
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure system performance and security
• Manage vendors and internal technical teams
• Support IT governance and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of project leadership and/or management experience
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and system design
• Experience with JavaScript, VBA, SQL, Linux, and Microsoft-based technologies
• Experience with API integrations, ERP systems, data warehouses, and BI tools
• Background in B2C environments, including POS systems and SKU management
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Pay: $87,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
