Key Responsibilities :
Collaborates with engineering leadership on releases, technical concerns, and system performance and security
Manages the overall Engineering process and coordinates tasks among team members
Leads and develops a Systems Engineering team through coaching and mentoring
Required Qualifications :
5 years of experience in technical leadership with large-scale systems
5 years of experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures
5 years of experience in preparing and developing technical documents
