Responsibilities: • Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees by preparing laptops, equipment, and basic system access. • Provide first-level technical support to employees for common hardware, software, and workstation issues. • Assist with installing, configuring, and updating software applications. • Help maintain accurate IT documentation, guides, and process instructions. • Support inventory management of IT equipment, software, and licenses. • Assist with routine system maintenance tasks such as backups and updates. • Learn and follow IT security best practices and company policies. • Participate in team projects and assist with other IT-related tasks as assigned. Requirements: • Currently enrolled in a diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and the Microsoft 365 suite. • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and professional skills. • Good organizational skills and attention to detail. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and support. • Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism. • Ability to work in an office environment. • Available for a full-time 4-month internship beginning May 2026. • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program and returning to studies after the internship. • Able to work on-site at Kepler’s Toronto office (24 Ward Street, Toronto ON) at least 4 days per week. Bonus Points: • Previous coursework, labs, or personal projects related to IT or technical support. • Familiarity with basic networking concepts. • Exposure to Linux or scripting (e.g., PowerShell or Bash). • Experience building or troubleshooting personal computers or maintaining a home lab. • Interest in pursuing a career in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure.
