Role and Responsibilities -
Work closely with client and vendors on back end of CCTV setup.
CCTV backend router setup, knowledge of configuration of NVR, basic router configuration (Huawei), basic networking.
Email setup based on microsoft Apps
Generate reports, maintain dashboards, workflow update, track vendor productivity, vendor system, software and hardware requisition.
Reports to Operation Managers.
Ensure that team members are fully briefed on new information within agreed time frame in order to effectively carry out their role.
Work closely with the Client to manage high priority cases.
Manage the productivity, performance and service quality of the Contact Centre team.
Work with respective stakeholders to ensure that all information is being cascaded accurately.
Requirement
Degree/Diploma
Preferably with 0-3 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position
Self-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to take the initiative, work independently, and accomplish tasks with minimal supervision.
