We are seeking a results-driven IT Delivery Project Manager to lead IT initiatives and ensure successful delivery across internal and outsourced teams. You will own project timelines, budgets, and quality, keeping all stakeholders aligned and accountable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery and track progress against timelines.
• Manage outsourced and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing updates and insights on project performance.
• Foster a high-performing team culture and ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
• 5+ years in IT Project Management, with proven experience managing outsourced teams.
• Track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Proficient in SDLC, Agile, and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.
