Contract Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to support a new Genesys Cloud Contact Centre project with one of our government clients. This is a long-term contract position that requires background working on contact centre solution projects.
Required Qualifications:
Min 5 years of experience as a Scrum MasterMust have experience in Contact Centre SolutionsMust hold a reliability level government of Canada security clearanceMust have experience in project delivery and tracking using Waterfall and AgileMust be resourceful, a quick learner, have leadership skills, be a strong facilitator, and have positive attitudeMust have the ability to maintain good client relationshipsPreferred Qualifications:
