About the Role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer to secure and manage enterprise VoIP, teleconferencing platforms, and vulnerability & patch management processes. The role involves ensuring secure configurations, regulatory compliance, and effective remediation of vulnerabilities across on‑premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
VoIP & Teleconferencing Security
• Manage and secure VoIP and teleconferencing devices, systems, and networks.
• Support Cisco‑based and Huawei‑based VoIP solutions, including configuration management and security controls.
• Oversee Zoom teleconferencing environments, including cloud security and third‑party vendor compliance.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain secure configurations, access controls, and documentation for all collaboration platforms.
Vulnerability & Patch Management
• Identify, classify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities across infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Manage vulnerability scanning and assessments using:
• Tenable Security Center (Nessus)
• IBM Guardium
• IBM Security AppScan
• SAP Solution Manager
• Plan, deploy, and verify patches, updates, and security fixes.
• Track remediation activities and provide risk, compliance, and patch status reports.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, and vendor teams to ensure timely vulnerability resolution.
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in Infrastructure or Security Engineering
• Strong understanding of VoIP systems, network security, and collaboration platforms
• Hands‑on experience with vulnerability and patch management tools
• Knowledge of cloud security and third‑party vendor risk management
• Familiarity with security compliance and regulatory requirements
• Good documentation and stakeholder coordination skills
