Infrastructure & Security Engineer (Singapore) Onsite | Capital Markets Environment A global financial institution is seeking an Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join its lean Singapore technology team. This role offers broad hands‑on coverage across office, cloud, and on‑prem environments. Role Overview You will support and enhance the firm's end‑to‑end infrastructure stack, covering networks, systems, cloud, endpoints, and core security operations. This is a high‑ownership role working in a small team where you will directly influence reliability, security, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities • Manage office IT infrastructure, end‑user systems, and daily operational support. • Maintain cloud infrastructure (networking, systems, identity, security baselines). • Oversee on‑prem/data‑centre environments including servers, storage, backup & DR. • Administer Windows and Linux platforms across hybrid environments. • Govern identity, access, endpoint compliance, and device management. • Monitor network, EDR, SIEM, and respond to security incidents. • Drive documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. • Scripting/automation is a nice‑to‑have (not required). Requirements • ~5-7 years of infrastructure / security experience. • Broad hands‑on exposure across network, systems, cloud, and endpoint management. • Comfortable in a lean, high‑ownership environment. • Strong understanding of infrastructure security fundamentals. • Background from financial services not required. • English‑speaking environment; onsite work Monday-Friday.
