Our comprehensive packages for you: We offer attractive remuneration package, including Annual Leave, Double Pay, Year-end bonus, Medical Benefits, Holiday and Birthday Benefits, Marriage Leave, Paternity Leave, Maternity leave, Promotion Opportunities and Travel Rewards etc. Job Highlights • Manage IT infrastructure across server, storage, and virtualization platforms • Contribute to high-availability architecture for business continuity • Opportunity to lead infrastructure projects in a fast-paced fintech environment Job Responsibilities • Ensure the stable operation of Alibaba Cloud and private cloud online business systems. • Deploy application environments (LAMP, LNMP, Docker/Kubernetes) for new business launches, including code release and updates. • Maintain Nginx high-availability architecture, MySQL master-slave replication, and distributed database clusters. • Deploy and manage services such as SVN, VPN, Apache, Tomcat, Nginx, FTP, Zabbix, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.) to improve delivery efficiency. • Manage and optimize microservices architecture, supporting service discovery, load balancing, and elastic scaling. • Deploy and maintain ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Prometheus + Grafana monitoring and logging systems. • Write Shell/Python scripts related to operations to enhance automation and work efficiency. • Manage system upgrades and capacity expansion requirements; collaborate with development teams to test and adjust the operations platform. • Troubleshoot system and network issues, and generate regular inspection reports. • Perform daily system performance monitoring, server log analysis, security hardening, and data backup. Job Requirements • Associate degree or above in Computer Science or related field, with at least 3 years of operations experience. • Proficient in Windows/Linux system application deployment, with expertise in Apache, Nginx, Redis, Keepalived, MySQL, PHP, LVS, HAProxy, etc. • Experienced in Docker and Kubernetes cluster deployment and management, with knowledge of microservices operations. • Familiar with CI/CD toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.), capable of independently designing and maintaining pipelines. • Skilled in deploying, configuring, and optimizing monitoring and logging platforms such as ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana. • Familiar with automation tools (Zabbix, Ansible, Terraform, etc.). • Proficient in scripting languages such as Shell and Python, with hands-on experience in automation development. • Knowledgeable in firewall, router, and switch configuration and operation, with experience in network security hardening. • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills, with a sense of responsibility and passion for technology.
