IT Manager | Donald's Fine Foods | $90K–$120K
We're a 30-year-old, family-owned specialty meat manufacturer with six plants across BC, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. We serve domestic and international markets and we need someone to run our tech stack like it matters.
This isn't a "keep the lights on" gig. We're looking for an IT Manager who can think strategically, lead a team, and actually drive impact across operations.
What you'll own:
• IT strategy that aligns with business goals (not just ticket queues)
• Infrastructure, systems, apps, security
• A team of IT pros who need direction, not micromanagement
• Cross-functional projects that improve efficiency and don't waste time
• Vendor relationships, contracts, budget management
• Security posture (because breaches aren't an option)
What you bring:
• Deep technical skills: C, SharePoint, VMWare, Python, PowerShell, Exchange
• The ability to translate tech into business language
• Sharp problem-solving skills and the judgment to prioritize what matters
• Project management experience that actually ships results
• Leadership ability, your team should trust you and want to follow
• Strong grasp of infosec principles
