ISV Program Manager

As ISV Program Manager, your role will be to support the delivery of Spring’s programs to support international Impact Entrepreneurs in navigating the process of building an impact company.
This role requires someone with entrepreneurial experience and is passionate about helping immigrants thrive in Canada. This role will report directly to the VP, Immigrant Programs.
• *What you will be doing**:
• *Impact Startup Visa Program (Standard & Premium)**
• *Program Management**:
- Lead the project operational management of multiple ISV cohorts to ensure successful program execution
- Establish and maintain organizational standards for all stages of cohort life cycle (recruitment, pipeline management, delivery, post program)
- Refine and lead Premium program operations including cohort management and service provider relationships
- Manage ISV Client Specialist in client liaison to ensure Premium client success and satisfaction
- Continuous improvement on overall program operations with support from Program Coordinator and Client Specialist
- Provide recommendations on strategic program improvements
- Lead team meetings with clear objectives and deliverables
- Lead ISV data analytics and management to inform decisions and support impact reporting
- Lead relationships with marketing to achieve target program outcomes
- Lead relationships with Customer Experience Director and Community Associate to develop alumni network
• *Program Recruitment & Delivery**:
- Notion project plan & workback schedule management
- Strategic program improvement, new additions to the program, new program co-development, ongoing participant engagement & support
- CRM pipeline management, due diligence review and applicant interviews
- Support organization and delivery of guest speaker sessions, webinars, workshops, info sessions, office hours
- Support Thinkific course content audit and recommendations for improvement
- Support the facilitation team with content (slide decks) audit and recommendations for improvement
- Provide 1:1 support for entrepreneurs when necessary
- Support in-person events
- Support end of program reviews
- Support Business Development with the pursuit of deal flow partners and service provider partners
- Contribute strategies and tactics to expand deal flow potential

- Having previous experience in facilitation is a bonus

• *Compensation Package**
- This is a full-time position with a salary of $85,000 with participation in Spring’s annual Bonus Plan.
- Spring’s Benefits Package including a stipend of $800 home office expense and an annual $1,500 professional development allowance
- 15 days of paid vacation, 5 personal health days, and 11 BC holidays. We also provide additional days off between Christmas and New Years holidays.
