Our team is looking for an HR Onboarding Coordinator to support our Experienced recruitment and HR team in the execution of the employee onboarding, internal events, and other administrative activities. What you will do • Drive the pre boarding and onboarding activities for all Experienced hires, including ongoing communication with candidates prior to start. • Work with the national IT team in order to coordinate equipment for new hires • Provide regular and effective communication to the various stakeholders and ensure issues and obstacles are escalated • Support the administrative needs of our HR team on various projects • Support internal events, including our ID&E focused People Networks What you bring to the role • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field • 1-2 years of previous coordination experience an asset • Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn different business processes • Perform well under pressure and demonstrate adaptability in managing unexpected situations • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment • Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment, while still maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy • Knowledge of basic recruitment processes or experience is an asset • Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel, and a strong aptitude and comfort with ATS and other tools/technology • Ability to quickly develop a good knowledge of KPMG’s structure, services and processes • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 4 days a week on site in the Vancouver Office • Strong Communications and presentation skills KPMG BC Region Pay Range Information The expected base salary range for this position is $47,000 to $71,500 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
