Genesys Cloud - Architect Fulltime role Locations : Longbeach, CA seeking a skilled, dedicated and proactive Genesys Cloud - Architect with strong Healthcare payer domain, program leadership skills to lead and operate a large-scale IT infrastructure deployed globally. The candidate will • Candidate must be located within commuting distance or willing to relocate to Longbeach, CA Skill Qualifications Required: • Deep Genesys Cloud CX expertise with hands on leadership across Conversational AI, Voice AI, NLU, and self-service journeys within CCaaS environments. • Lead GenAI and Agentic AI strategy, design, implementation, and integrations across vendor solutions, GenAI model providers, enterprise applications/CRMs, and CCaaS platforms. • Overall hands-on Solutions architect with deep technical architecture, domain and payer contextVoice biometrics and secure identity workflows embedded in CCaaS interactions, aligned to healthcare security standards. • End to end project delivery across IVR/ACD, routing, messaging, analytics, and integrations in cloud contact center programs. • End‑to‑end contact center migration expertise across CCaaS, including discovery, design, cutover, and stabilization for large‑scale IVR/ACD, routing, and omnichannel environments. • Advanced IVR, chatbot, and voice‑bot engineering with omnichannel development and API‑first integrations (REST/OAuth, data actions) across enterprise apps and CRMs • Proven experience leading teams delivering IT customer support/services on a scale. • Computer operations and infrastructure support including production, data center, and cloud administration. • Systems analysis & design with strong grounding in development, QA, and integration methodologies. • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with executive‑ready written and verbal articulation. • Skilled facilitator able to run multi‑discipline meetings, drive alignment, and manage cross functional decisions. • Sound judgment, flexibility, and adaptability to evolving priorities, constraints, and stakeholder needs. • ITIL proficiency (incident, problem, change, request) with practical implementation experience. • Healthcare enterprise knowledge and regulatory awareness (HIPAA/PCI) for compliant, member‑centric solutions. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for executive reporting and delivery governance. • In depth technical expertise across managed IT functions with accountability for outcomes and quality.
