About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect to lead and deliver enterprise-level public cloud migration projects . This role is highly hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong technical expertise, project ownership, and the ability to independently complete cloud migration initiatives from planning through delivery.
Candidates must have proven experience independently delivering cloud migration projects . This is a critical requirement for the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, design, and implement cloud migration projects for enterprise customers, ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient migrations to public cloud platforms .
• Analyze customer IT environments and design migration solutions covering virtualization, data migration, and application migration .
• Lead migration execution and collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and with high quality .
• Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including migration plans, architecture designs, and operational manuals .
• Communicate regularly with customers on project progress, risks, and optimization opportunities.
• Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies, tools, and best practices to improve migration efficiency and security.
• Support post-migration optimization, tuning, and ongoing cloud service maintenance when required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud migration or cloud delivery roles.
• Proven experience participating in multiple cloud migration projects , with at least one project independently completed end-to-end .
• Strong understanding of public cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure, or Huawei Cloud.
• Solid knowledge of virtualization technologies, containers, networking, and storage .
• Familiar with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS architectures , including public, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.
• Experience using cloud migration tools, data replication tools , and migration frameworks.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, able to produce migration plans, workload assessments, and technical reports .
• Willingness to travel periodically for project-based work.
• Experience leading the migration of business-critical enterprise systems .
• Background in operations or system maintenance (O&M) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with big data components such as EMR, Hadoop, Hive, or Spark.
• Industry-recognized cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, Huawei Cloud).
