About the role
You take full ownership of a production fintech platform.
You design, build, scale, and run the system end to end.
You act as the technical anchor and decision maker.
You translate business needs into working systems.
What you will do
• Own the full stack. Backend, frontend, data, deployment.
• Design and build microservices for scale and reliability.
• Develop secure REST APIs and WebSocket services using and Express.
• Maintain and extend the Angular web app and Flutter mobile app.
• Design MongoDB schemas, queries, indexes, and aggregations.
• Lead security across auth, access control, and data protection.
• Automate deployments across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve performance using strong DSA skills.
• Set coding standards. Review code. Drive testing discipline.
What you bring
• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong and Express background.
• Solid experience with Angular and Flutter.
• Deep MongoDB knowledge with real production tuning.
• Strong foundations in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Practical experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience building REST and real-time services.
• Strong grasp of application security and OWASP risks.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to work independently and deliver with minimal guidance.
