We are looking for a highly skilled Integration Developer to join our team and help design, build, and maintain robust API-based integrations across complex environments.
Experience Level: 5+ years
Required Skill Set
Programming & Automation
• Strong proficiency in Python for integration development
• Experience with Python libraries for REST API clients, data transformation, error handling, and logging
• Ability to write maintainable, testable integration code
API & Integration Expertise
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing API-based integrations
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication & authorization (OAuth 2.0, API tokens)
• Experience with webhooks, event-driven integrations, pagination, rate limits, retries, and error handling
• Familiarity with SOAP APIs (consumption and transformation)
Linux & Runtime Environment
• Proficiency with Linux command line environments
• Experience setting up and running integration services
• Basic scripting and scheduling (cron or equivalent)
• Troubleshooting runtime and environment issues
Data & Databases
• Strong SQL fundamentals
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• Ability to map, normalize, and transform data between systems
Source Control & Delivery
• Proficient with GitHub (branching, pull requests, code reviews)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deploying integration code
• Comfortable working in Jira or similar tools for task tracking
🌟 Preferred Skills
• Experience integrating with Zoho APIs (CRM, Desk, Creator, etc.)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations (Scripted REST APIs, import sets, webhooks)
• Knowledge of telecom principles and technologies
• Experience with telecom network configurations and protocols
🎓 Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in API development
• Strong background in large complex environments and/or public sector environments
• Proven integration experience with in-house systems using third-party platforms via APIs and middleware
