TL;DR: We're hiring a Founding Account Strategist. You'll work directly with the founders to build and scale our GTM motion from the ground up. Ideally, you're a hungry, scrappy, and energetic Account Strategist ready to bet on a career-defining role at a fast-growing, early-stage startup. What You'll Do • Outreach + engagement: Contact leads via email, cold calls, LinkedIn, conferences, and more. Manage inbound and referral leads. • Lead gen + prospecting: Research potential customers, generate leads, and build a consistent outbound pipeline targeting operations and tech leaders. • Customer onboarding: Make sure signed customers are successfully onboarded and use the platform. • Qualification + closing: Run discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups. Build proposals and ROI cases that convince enterprises to replace their outsourced operations with Clicks. Negotiate contract terms when needed. • Process improvement: Help build our sales playbook from scratch—slides, call scripts, objection handling, CRM workflows, and dashboards. • Cross-team work: Collaborate with product and engineering to shape what we build based on what you hear in the field. Your background looks something like • 2-4 years in sales, customer success, consulting, or a similar client-facing role • Track record of hitting targets or driving measurable outcomes • Excellent communication skills—you can distill complex processes into clear, compelling narratives • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by building something from scratch • Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and how large companies run their operations Strong candidates may also have • Experience in management consulting, particularly in operations or transformation work • Background selling to or working with shared services, global business services, or companies with significant outsourcing spend • Familiarity with outbound tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) • Technical aptitude or prior exposure to AI/automation products Life at Clicks • Competitive Compensation: $100,000 - $180,000 salary with significant equity (0.25% - 1.00%).
