BCforward is seeking an Experiences Producer / Event Manager V to work hybrid in NY or Burlingame CA Start/End Dates: 3/23/2026 - 3/22/2027 Marketing & Sales - Event Manager V Location: US - Onsite min 3 days per week out of the BURLINGME (Bay Area) office OR NYC (50 Hudson Yards) Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Experiences Producer / Event Manager V to lead, execute, and scale product demos and experiential activations across major global events and first-party experiences. This role supports increasing event volume and complexity and requires a highly organized, operationally strong producer with a deep understanding of creative workflows, technical integration, and stakeholder management. This position plays a critical role in product integration within events, ensuring seamless demo execution, hands-on troubleshooting, and exceptional attendee experiences across B2B and B2C environments. Key Responsibilities Event & Experience Production • Lead production and execution of large-scale, complex product experiences across global events including CES, Super Bowl, Coachella, NBA All-Star, Cannes Lions, GDC, and first-party events such as Connect, press launches, partner activations, and policy events • Manage end-to-end execution of product demos within events, including creative consultation, demo design, staffing, logistics, technology setup, and on-site support • Oversee integration of hardware, software, VR, AI, and wearable products into live experiences Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner closely with marketing, product, creative, engineering, and executive stakeholders • Act as a trusted, client-facing producer directly engaging with senior leadership and external partners • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute experiential activations Operations & Program Management • Own project timelines, budgets, vendor management, and risk mitigation • Develop and scale processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks to streamline delivery • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Measurement & Reporting • Establish and support strategic measurement plans for events and demos • Oversee post-event reporting, data collection, and analysis for performance metrics including satisfaction, engagement, and conversion • Use judgment and data insights to provide proactive communication and recommendations Technical & On-Site Support • Provide Level 1 technical troubleshooting during live events • Engineer real-time creative and technical solutions to ensure flawless demo execution Minimum Qualifications • 5+ years of client-facing event management, experiential production, or creative agency experience • Proven experience producing large-scale, complex events • Strong program and project management skills with an operational mindset • Experience coordinating in-person and virtual events • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally in complex organizations • Experience managing vendors, agencies, and production budgets • Strong written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills • Experience assessing data reports for event and communications metrics • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience Preferred Qualifications • Experience with emerging technologies, including AI, VR, Wearables, or Reality Labs products • Hands-on experience with wearables and consumer hardware • Experience working in a large, global, matrixed tech company • Global event experience • High level of technical fluency and comfort troubleshooting live demos Must-Have Skills • Production of large-scale, high-complexity events • Strong program/project management with attention to detail • VR and AI experience • Ability to directly engage stakeholders and understand creative workflows • Tech-savvy with hands-on demo integration experience Nice-to-Have • Experience spanning sports, fashion, luxury, and entertainment partnerships • In-house experiential experience at Fortune 500 or major tech companies • Experience with entertainment and cultural events (e.g., Grammys, Oscars, VidCon, iHeart Fest) Performance Measurement
