Job Summary: serves as a consultant or pre-sales consultant in strategic customer projects, playing a key role in customer engagement and business development. Key Responsibilities: • Lead or participate in end-to-end solution design for strategic and large-scale projects, including industry solutions, technical architectures, and product-based solutions. • Translate customer business needs into feasible, competitive, and scalable solution architectures, ensuring alignment with customer strategies and project goals. • Drive solution planning and design activities during the project initiation stage, supporting project approval, scoping, and overall solution feasibility assessment. • Prepare and deliver solution proposals, presentations, and pre-sales materials, and conduct solution workshops or executive-level briefings for customers. • Work closely with internal product, delivery, and technical teams to ensure solution consistency, feasibility, and successful handover to delivery teams. • Provide professional consulting input throughout the customer lifecycle, supporting long-term customer engagement and solution evolution. • Conduct the ERP product demonstrations when needed. Job Requirements: • Expertise in at least one ERP product, at least 5 years of experience across pre-sales, implementation, or consulting functions; • Proven experience in analyzing customer requirements, developing solutions, and managing pre-sales handover. Ability to provide professional support to the Delivery Manager (FR) during key phases such as blueprint design. • Candidates with experience as an Institutional Solution Director or with proven solution design experience for projects of a similar scale are preferred. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, with Chinese reading and writing skills to communicate effectively with Chinese stakeholders. • Willing and able to travel as required to support business operations.
