80-120/hour Hybrid Chicago, IL The Program Manager of Quality Assurance (QA) within the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving quality assurance initiatives across the enterprise. This role partners closely with the Head of the QA Pillar and the EPMO leadership team to ensure alignment between quality strategy, program execution, and enterprise transformation efforts. While this is a strategic-level position, the Program Manager must also be willing and able to engage at a tactical level, leveraging deep expertise in large-scale testing initiatives, platform migrations, and enterprise delivery programs. Key Responsibilities • Serve as a key partner to the Head of the QA Pillar and lead EPMO efforts in support of enterprise quality objectives • Collaborate across other pillar leaders, executive sponsors, and program stakeholders to align QA strategy with overall business and transformation goals • Provide program-level leadership for quality assurance initiatives across multiple workstreams and portfolios • Lead and support large-scale platform migrations from a PMO and QA perspective, ensuring quality, risk management, and delivery discipline are embedded throughout the lifecycle • Define, implement, and govern QA standards, testing strategies, and best practices across enterprise programs • Balance strategic oversight with hands-on involvement as needed, including planning, execution support, issue resolution, and risk mitigation • Drive transparency through clear reporting, metrics, and communication to senior leadership and executive stakeholders • Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across programs and proactively drive resolution in partnership with delivery teams • Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization Required Qualifications • Proven experience in program or portfolio management within an EPMO or PMO environment • Strong background in Quality Assurance, testing strategy, and large-scale testing initiatives • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting enterprise platform migrations from a QA and program management standpoint • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across senior leaders, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience working within a pillar-based or federated delivery model • Familiarity with enterprise transformation initiatives, modern testing frameworks, and QA governance models • Experience in complex, multi-year, cross-functional programs
