Looking for Test Manager wit 12+ years of experience

Test Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Define the scope, objectives, and timelines of testing activities.
- ** Team Leadership and Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test engineers, QA analysts, and automation testers.
- Allocate resources effectively and ensure the team adheres to project schedules.
- ** Test Execution and Monitoring**:
- Oversee test execution, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timely defect resolution.
- ** Test Automation**:
- Collaborate with automation engineers to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Promote and implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and coverage.
- ** Stakeholder Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for testing-related activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Present detailed test reports, metrics, and insights to support decision-making.
- ** Process Improvement**:
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Promote best practices in software quality assurance and testing.
- ** Risk Management**:
- Identify potential risks and provide mitigation strategies during the testing phase.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• *Responsibilities**:
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC) from the client’s end in terms of delivery, new engagements, change in schedule/ commercials etc
- Project planning, tracking and status reporting
- Administer the Project Change Control Procedure with senior management at client’s end
- Attend project review / progress meeting, defect meeting and other meetings as and when required.
- Test coordination and delivery
- Participate in daily and weekly status meetings.
- Submission of timely deliverables
- Task allocation and monitoring
- Co-ordinate and manage the project schedule
- Timely escalation of risks, deviation in the schedule to the senior management at client’s end
First Level of escalation for issues in project health, productivity, project progress etc.,
Qualifications:
• *Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software testing and quality assurance, with at least [10] years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestNG, Postman).
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in Agile and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
