Delivery Manager (Agile Software Projects)

Location: Remote Type: Full-time Company: HaknaSoft About the Role HaknaSoft is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the execution of agile software projects and ensure reliable, high-quality delivery. You will operate in an Agile environment (PI Planning, sprints, agile ceremonies) and will be responsible for managing and coordinating a development team of 11 engineers, ensuring alignment, focus, and delivery predictability. Your role is to deliver value to the end users by driving features all the way to the production line. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects in an Agile environment • Facilitate and contribute to PI Planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Translate business objectives into clear and achievable delivery plans • Manage and support a development team of 11 members • Monitor progress, capacity, and dependencies across sprints • Identify risks early and proactively address issues • Remove blockers and help teams stay focused on priorities • Collaborate closely with the Tech Lead and stakeholders • Ensure commitments, timelines, and quality standards are met • Provide clear and structured delivery reporting to leadership • Anticipate issues and escalate when necessary What Success Looks Like • Predictable and reliable sprint and PI delivery • Clear visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies • Strong team engagement and alignment • Positive client and stakeholder feedback Profile We’re Looking For • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role in Agile software environments • Hands-on experience with PI Planning, sprints, and agile ceremonies • Experience managing or coordinating software development teams • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Solutions-oriented and accountable Reporting Line • Reports directly to senior leadership • Works closely with the Tech Lead and product stakeholders Why Join HaknaSoft • High-impact role with real ownership • Collaborative and transparent culture • Opportunity to influence delivery practices • Remote-friendly environment Apply via LinkedIn with your resume and a short introduction.
