Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Frontend Engineer Intern, based in Vancouver, BC, with some work-from-home flexibility. As a Frontend Engineer Intern, you will collaborate with the development team to design and implement responsive, user-centric web interfaces. You will participate in the development and enhancement of front-end features, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless integration with back-end systems. Your role includes writing reusable, clean, and efficient code while staying up to date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
• Basic understanding of Web Development and Software Development principles
• Familiarity with Back-End Web Development tools and practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue is a plus
• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Effective communication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
