We are seeking an innovative Data Science and Database Engineer with extensive reporting experience to work on our RCM platform and claim management services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in data science, database management, and reporting, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for optimizing processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure databases for RCM applications and claim management services.
• Analyze complex data sets and develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance the performance of our RCM platform and claim management services.
• Implement and maintain ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration between systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain accurate, user-friendly, and visually compelling reports and dashboards for various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Continuously improve and optimize data processes, systems, and tools to support the company's strategic goals.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data science, database engineering, and reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science, database engineering, and reporting, preferably in the RCM or healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with ETL tools and processes, as well as database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
