• *General Description of Duties**:
- Reconciliation of documents relating to the Rx prescription;
- Review Rx correspondence and compute client records with extreme accuracy;
- Ensure quality control i.e., correct prescription information, patient name, date of encounter
- Ensuring all work is accurate in terms of format, spelling and allocated to the correct data;
- Receive, sort and distribute prescriptions according to internal procedure;
• *Qualifications**:
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent;
- English speaking, reading, writing;
- Good math skills, i.e., counting, additions;
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of ophthalmic terminology is an asset;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail, reliable, organized, and focused;
- Ability to multitask and manage time well.
