We are seeking a data entry administrator / clerk to undertake the task of maintaining accurate data inputs into our database.
• Organizing, updating, filing, and scanning of documents.
• Assist in internal distribution of documents, stamping, photocopy, scanning etc.
• Preparation and data entry of invoices, bills and service reports.
• Regularly update and maintain existing data records.
• Responsible for office administrative and clerical processes.
• Other ad-hoc duty as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry software, Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word) and use of Cloud-Based applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and a strong team player.
Others:
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm
• Part time work arrangement available (Min 3 days/ Week @ $10/hr)
• Flexi time arrangement available
• Work Location: Kaki Bukit
