Become a key player in improving how we leverage data to enhance our products and contribute to overall business success. Responsibilities: Lead the design of data architecture for major projects, assessing the balance between system design and operational costs. Develop frameworks to enhance data logging efficacy, and work alongside data infrastructure to manage and resolve issues. Partner with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to understand data needs and present insights effectively. Establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all datasets under your purview. Implement security protocols adhering to privacy standards, ensuring data quality, and evolving governance processes. Create and launch sophisticated data models and visualizations that cater to multiple use cases across various products. Address challenging data integration issues using optimal ETL processes, and work with both structured and unstructured data sources. Manage existing production processes while optimizing complex code through advanced algorithms. Enhance pipelines, dashboards, and systems to streamline the development of data artifacts. Influence cross-functional teams to recognize data opportunities that can drive impactful outcomes. Mentor team members through constructive feedback to foster a collaborative learning environment. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 4 years' experience in data-focused roles (e.g., data analyst, data scientist, data engineer, etc.). Proficient in SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and at least one programming language (Python, C++, C#, Scala, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in a STEM field.
