Key Responsibilities:
• Support deployment of on-site data center physical infrastructure.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot hardware and cabling.
• Handle data-bearing devices (e.g. HDDs, SSDs).
• Work within a ticket-based support environment.
• Move equipment using pallet jacks or assisted lifting tools.
• Assist the Datacenter Inventory and Asset Management Team (DIAT) with shipping, receiving, and inventory during peak periods.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related discipline
• CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+)
• Basic Structured Cabling (BSC)
