Key Responsibilities:
Support deployment of on-site data center physical infrastructure.Install, replace, and troubleshoot hardware and cabling.Handle data-bearing devices (e.g. HDDs, SSDs).Work within a ticket-based support environment.Move equipment using pallet jacks or assisted lifting tools.Assist the Datacenter Inventory and Asset Management Team (DIAT) with shipping, receiving, and inventory during peak periods.Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Engineering or related disciplineCompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+)Basic Structured Cabling (BSC)
