E.C.I. NETWORKS is seeking a Customer Support & Installation Technician to provide L1/L2 technical support and on-site installation for Microchip timing and synchronization solutions.
Responsibilities
L1/L2 troubleshooting and customer support
Install, configure, and commission Microchip systems
Support GNSS antennas, cabling, and system turn-up
Document work and escalate complex issues to engineering
Requirements
2+ years in technical support or field installation
Basic networking and Linux/CLI knowledge
Willingness to travel
Preferred Asset
Experience with Microchip products (TimeProvider®, SyncServer®, GNSS, NTP/PTP)
Training provided.
