Splash Software LLC is an innovative software development company offering cutting-edge API solutions to our esteemed clientele. We are seeking a dedicated and technically savvy individual to join our team as Technical Customer Support for API Integration. This role is pivotal in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience while integrating our software through APIs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Onboarding: Assist clients during the initial stages of integration, ensuring they understand the software and API's capabilities. 2. Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical support to clients during the API integration process, addressing any issues or concerns. 3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and solve integration-related issues, liaising with our development team when needed. 4. Documentation: Maintain and update API documentation, ensuring it is clear and user-friendly. 5. Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from clients to enhance and improve our software and integration process. 6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest developments in API, Socket connections, and other relevant technological advancements. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and verbal. 2. Technical Acumen: Basic to intermediate knowledge of API/Socket connection. 3. Background: Prior experience as a developer or in a related technical role. 4. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. 5. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in an understandable manner. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with Postman, Curl, JavaScript, - Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
