As our small charity focuses on growth to increase impact we are aware we need to bring in a CRM System, having selected Monday.com we now seek a qualified professional senior lead role to implement the CRM across Action Change. Can you assist? What difference will you make? This role will help Action Change focus on fundraising and donations as we have seen a 70% decline in 2025 in donations due to the shift in economies around the world. This is survival mode and we need help! What are we looking for? Experienced Senior Systems Manager Experience with Monday.com Platform Self driven and able to lead a new system roll out Ability to train and trouble shoot during the transition stage Work directly with our CEO and Senior Team What will you be doing? The volunteer needs to be experienced in CRM, Systems and Rolling our a new system across a number of users. We have limited. technical expertise in the charity and are seeking someone to take the lead and execute this new program to help us increase our donor relations and donation management. We have been accepted onto the Non-Profit Monday.com CRM package but we need it modified, training to be provided and support to roll out the system.
