Job Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Information Technology and Services Function: Information Technology (IT) Salary: 18000-22000 AED monthly (Market estimated) Gender: Any Job Type: Full-time Job Overview This is a hands-on engineering role involving the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure primarily on Microsoft Azure. You will lead initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness, strengthen cloud security, and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience in multi-cloud environments such as AWS or Huawei Cloud is a plus. Key Responsibilities * Design and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure including AKS, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and storage services * Implement cost optimization strategies using Azure Cost Management and monitoring tools * Manage and support Azure-based Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions * Ensure cloud architecture aligns with security and compliance requirements using Azure Security Center and Microsoft Defender * Develop and maintain IaC templates using Terraform or ARM Templates for scalable deployments * Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines * Integrate monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK for visibility into system performance * Maintain hybrid and multi-cloud environments and support migration or expansion initiatives Job Requirements Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure roles, with at least 3 years in Azure * Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator) are preferred * Prior experience with AWS, Huawei Cloud, or other multi-cloud setups is an advantage Skills * Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting * Deep knowledge of Azure cloud services, networking, and VDI architecture * Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Detail-oriented with a focus on reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency What We Offer * Competitive salary and long-term contract * Exposure to multi-cloud and enterprise architecture projects * Medical insurance and employee benefits * Collaborative and innovation-driven work environment About the Company Dicetek is a global IT and business consulting firm based in Dubai.
