Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services through ticket handling.
• Manage daily operations using runbooks provided by the Microsoft Identity & Network Access (IDNA) team.
• Perform tenant provisioning, account, and subscription management.
• Handle incident management and service escalations.
• Monitor service health to ensure stability, performance, and security.
• Adhere to security and compliance requirements, including certificate rotation.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Microsoft when required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• More than 2 years of technical engineering experience with coding.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; self-driven with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and industry trends.
• Experience and passion for building highly scalable services.
• Programming: C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
• Additional Advantage: Experience with open-source tools and frameworks
