DevOps / Platform Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and continuously optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient build and deployment processes
• Operate, maintain, and further develop a cloud platform stack as well as on-premise infrastructures
• Actively contribute to the evolution of operational architecture, including monitoring and observability practices
• Implement IT security and compliance requirements and support internal stakeholders through training and guidance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal cloud and infrastructure support
• Independently plan and execute infrastructure projects, such as migrations, optimizations, or platform improvements
Your Profile
• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and container-based deployments (e.g. Docker, Helm)
• Solid background in operating cloud and on-premise infrastructures
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, or OpenTelemetry
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Ansible, and ArgoCD
• Familiarity with technologies like Velero, JumpCloud, Rook Ceph, kubeone, or FI-TS Finance Cloud Native is a plus
• Strong interest in agile development, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• A hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written)
