Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CLM Product Manager / Solutions Consultant to support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, legal, procurement, and IT teams to assess current CLM systems, identify improvement opportunities, and help design future-ready CLM solutions leveraging modern platforms and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Analyze the current CLM system (Oracle CLM) and identify gaps and improvement areas
• Recommend improvements and future-state CLM solutions
• Work with technical teams to support CLM implementation and integration
• Evaluate CLM platforms such as Icertis, Conga, SirionLabs, Ironclad, or Agiloft
• Support automation initiatives including AI-driven contract analysis and workflows
• Document requirements, processes, and solution recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, IT, and business stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in CLM, LegalTech, Product Management, or Solutions Consulting
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and workflows
• Experience with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Conga, SirionLabs, Ironclad, or Agiloft
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with business and technical stakeholders
• Consulting or enterprise implementation experience is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle CLM
• Knowledge of AI or automation in contract management
• Experience in enterprise digital transformation projects
