Whether in-store or online, we strive to serve our customers with expertise, authenticity, and a commitment to active living. We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to manage the product range for racket sports and also support the distribution of these products to our retail partners and clients. If you've worked as a retail manager, team leader, or sales supervisor in a sporting goods store and have a strong understanding of products and customer preferences, we welcome your application. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your frontline experience to product selection, supplier coordination, and backend operations. Key Responsibilities • Source and procure racket sports-related products (e.g. rackets, strings, grips, apparel, accessories) from both local and international suppliers. • Liaise with suppliers on pricing, timelines, and product selection, ensuring a competitive and well-curated assortment. • Track inventory levels and manage replenishment cycles for both B2C and B2B channels. • Maintain product listings and updates on platforms like Shopify; familiarity with marketplaces like Shopee or Lazada is a bonus. • Handle B2B sales and distribution of racket sports products to external retailers, partners, and institutional clients. • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale accounts, ensuring timely fulfilment and clear communication. • Stay up to date with trends, customer preferences, and new product innovations within the racket sports space. Requirements • Interest or background in racket sports, or general knowledge of sporting goods. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Previous experience in retail, procurement, sales, or merchandising preferred. • Comfortable working with suppliers and B2B clients. • Organised and proactive, with good attention to detail. • Familiarity with Excel, inventory systems, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.
