• Conduct monthly audits of team calls and case management in line with guidelines and SLA.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve cases, requests, and enquiries.
• Escalate issues and provide insights to management.
• Monitor CRM, call recordings, and system/hardware performance.
• Conduct staff coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews.
• Manage staffing schedules, leave, and shift updates.
• Ensure timely distribution of collaterals and communications.
