Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will focus on building relationships with potential investors, partners, and key stakeholders. You will represent the startup at events, pitch meetings, and networking sessions, demonstrate our product/solution effectively, and support the leadership team in driving strategic growth and funding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential investors, partners, and collaborators.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetups to represent the startup.
• Present and demonstrate the startup’s product, vision, and business model to stakeholders.
• Support management in investor pitches, business proposals, and commercial presentations.
• Develop strategies to attract funding, partnerships, and early adopters.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand the technology, product roadmap, and value proposition.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, meetings, and follow-ups to track investor engagement.
• Contribute ideas to enhance visibility, outreach, and positioning of the startup.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in startups, tech, or digital sectors.
• Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills; ability to influence and engage high-profile stakeholders.
• Comfortable with pitching products, concepts, or startups to investors and partners.
• Basic understanding of IT, digital platforms, or tech-enabled solutions.
• Highly proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Ability to travel locally or internationally for networking and events.
• Fluent in English.
