Base salary: $85,000 – $115,000

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our strategy team and support high-impact client engagements across growth strategy, go-to-market, M&A, and operational transformation.
This role is analogous to a Business Analyst / Associate / Consultant position at Bain, BCG, or McKinsey. You’ll work closely with Engagement Managers and senior leaders, developing structured analyses, building insights, and helping translate complex problems into clear recommendations for senior executives.
What You’ll DoProblem Solving & Analysis
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses (market sizing, competitive benchmarking, financial analysis)
• Build clean, structured models in Excel / Sheets and clear presentations in PowerPoint / Slides
• Support hypothesis-driven problem solving and storylining
• Turn data into insights, not just charts
Client & Team Support
• Support day-to-day engagement execution under an Engagement Manager
• Participate in client meetings, note synthesis, and follow-up analyses
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment
• Learn to communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders
Research & Insight Development
• Conduct market, customer, and industry research
• Synthesize findings into concise takeaways for internal and client use
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, templates, and frameworks
Professional Development
• Receive structured feedback, mentorship, and coaching
• Build core consulting skills: problem structuring, analytics, communication
• Progress toward Senior Consultant / Engagement Manager track over time
Who You AreRequired Experience
• 1–4 years of experience in:
• Management consulting, strategy, business analysis, finance, operations, or analytics
• OR top-tier corporate, startup, or PE-backed company environments
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces
Preferred (Not Required)
• Undergraduate degree from a strong academic program; MBA or master’s a plus
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Slides
• Exposure to strategy, consulting, finance, tech, or growth roles
• Curiosity, humility, and a strong learning mindset
