About Taskclan Taskclan powers multiple products. ReceptionOS is live (MVP) — an AI receptionist for service businesses (answer → qualify → book). Nani is on TestFlight and launching in Q1. The Role (Founder-level) We’re looking for a business cofounder / GTM + Ops lead to own sales, partnerships, fundraising, and operations. You’ll take the lead on turning a live product into a repeatable go-to-market machine. Compensation: • Equity-first (founder-level), vesting + 1-year cliff • No salary at the start Salary begins when we either raise ~$1M or reach $500k revenue (ARR or trailing 12-month revenue — defined upfront) What you’ll own: • Build pipeline and close early customers for ReceptionOS (design partners → pilots → paid) • Define ICP, messaging, and pricing v1 based on real conversations • Build partnerships/channels (agencies, franchises, local service networks, integrations) • Set operating cadence: CRM, weekly targets, metrics, reporting Lead fundraising readiness and manage investor pipeline when timing is right What “good” looks like in 30–45 days • 30 customer conversations completed • 10 qualified leads in pipeline • 3–5 pilot/LOI attempts in motion • Clear ICP + pricing v1 + repeatable outreach scripts • A simple CRM + weekly execution rhythm What we’re looking for: • You’ve closed deals before (founding AE, partnerships, BD, growth operator) • Comfortable with outbound, follow-ups, objections, and building from zero • High ownership, fast execution, strong communication • Toronto-based is a plus, but remote is fine How to apply Send a short note with: (1) what you’ve sold and to whom, (2) your strongest channel (outbound/partners/community), and (3) a quick plan for how you’d get the first 3 pilots.
