The Position
You will play a critical role in expanding and supporting Novus’ commercial operations. You’ll manage the end-to-end
coordination of all business service orders and drive sales growth by connecting with small businesses, offering tailored
telecom solutions, and ensuring seamless service delivery from sale to installation.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth by identifying and engaging high-potential clients through market research, proactive
outreach, networking, and referrals, while maintaining a robust pipeline in Salesforce.
• Showcase Novus solutions by presenting and promoting Internet, TV, and phone services to prospective business
clients, emphasizing value, reliability, and the Novus brand.
• Manage service orders by accurately entering, tracking, and documenting all business service activities in Novus
systems, ensuring seamless communication from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate installations and billing by working closely with internal teams to schedule service setups and ensure
timely, accurate billing for new and existing accounts.
• Resolve client issues by responding to billing and service inquiries, troubleshooting discrepancies, escalating
concerns, and collaborating with marketing to refine outreach strategies.
• Achieve targets and improve processes by maintaining precise CRM records, exceeding sales/service goals,
participating in process improvement initiatives, and supporting other assigned duties.
Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of experience in sales, customer service, or order management, preferably in the telecom or
technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications products and services (Internet, TV, VoIP, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating across departments and with external clients is an asset.
• Familiarity with commercial and mixed-use building infrastructure is an advantage.
